Friendship with Jesus: Our Path to Holiness
Friendship with Jesus Ministry is a Catholic ministry dedicated to helping people encounter Jesus Christ as their truest Friend and grow in holiness through prayer, Scripture, and authentic Christian fellowship.
We believe that the Christian life is not simply about learning teachings or following rules. At its heart is a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, who calls each of us His friends:
“I have called you friends.” (John 15:15)
Inspired by the Carmelite tradition, especially the teaching of St. Teresa of Avila that prayer is “a close sharing between friends,” our ministry seeks to help people deepen their friendship with Jesus and share His friendship with others.

How the Ministry Began
Friendship with Jesus Ministry began in a simple and unexpected way.
While searching for large-print Catholic prayerbooks for seniors in the Philippines, we discovered that many older adults struggled to find prayer resources that were easy to read and spiritually nourishing. What began as a desire to serve a practical need gradually became a larger mission of accompanying people in every stage of life on their journey with Christ.
The first prayerbooks were created for seniors and distributed to family members, friends, and prayer groups. Over time, new projects emerged: devotionals, journals, prayer guides, children’s resources, and materials for small faith communities.
Through these efforts, one conviction continued to grow:
Friendship with Jesus is not merely a devotional theme. It is a path to holiness.
What We Do
